As you know a few weeks ago we got an addition to our family well today we got another addition to the family. He has been at work with me all day and will be heading home at 5:30 to meet his His long lost brother from the west coast.

Red Sox West Coast

We are getting excited for the Boston Red Sox to make an appearance in San Diego against the Padres this weekend. Jen is flying in on Thursday and George Paula Joyce and Dennis are also going to be in San Diego for the big event. I am posting some pictures that my cousin Ski sent from the Fathers day game at Fenway. Wish I could have been there with them but thought I share the pictures so other Red Sox fans on the West Coast can enjoy!!! Go Red Sox!!!!!!

Champagne Toast at the Longboards

Well if you didn't know the Stanley Cup is finally on the West Coast. Anaheim Ducks are the Champs. Hockey is not as popular on the west coast as it is on the east coast but we enjoyed going to the Longboards and watching the games. We celebrated in style. When the Ducks won the championship the Longboards gave out champagne to everyone at the bar. See pictures below

New addition to the Swindell Family

Rally Monkey

If the Angels are down in the seventh inning the rally monkey comes out on the big screen and jump up and down and gets the crowd going. The Angels were down so in the begining of the seventh I went and bought a Rally monkey and as soon as I got back to my seat the rally monkey came out. We ended up wining the game against the Orioles 3-2. Go Angels!

After the Friday home games at Angel stadium the lights go out and they have firworks. They call it BIG BANG FRIDAYS~!!!
